Special needs customers
We understand that many of our customers with special needs don't want a bathroom that looks like a special needs bathroom. We can achieve this in some simple ways, depending on the customer's particular requirements. They include:
- Using a wet floor mosaic tiling to provide level access and a non-slip finish;
- Positioning ladder-type towel rails that can be used as grab rails if kept at a low temperature;
- Using cleverly-designed items such as the Bette Twist easy-access shower bath. www.bette.co.uk
- Using designer special needs products that look beautiful and still meet a customer's needs.

Unfortunately, as the building we occupy is listed, it isn't easy for customers with limited mobility to view areas other than the ground floor. There is also a step up to the front door, but if telephone from outside, we will be happy to assist you into the premises and to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
If you find it too difficult to visit the showroom or prefer not to, please call and we will come to your home to discuss your bathroom project.
Please note, we always return to our showroom and post a proposal to you, never heavy selling or asking you to sign anything when visiting your home.
VAT can be zero-rated for customers requiring bathroom replacement for health reasons (subject to satisfying the revenue and customs requirements), and often old age is sufficient reason to qualify. There are no means tests and no medical examinations - it is a simple self-certification process. Please call for more information.
