Our beautiful Regency building has 28 individual displays, plus a stone gallery with over 100 species of stone on display including marble, limestone, travertine sandstone granite and quartzite.
We are equally happy to sell you a single bathroom accessory or to design, supply and fit a complete bathroom.
Our technical expertise is second to none. Because of this, we're able to find solutions which may be not be found by other bathroom companies. This expertise, together with the use of Vectorworks computer-aided design (a CAD programme designed for architects), ensures that our designs work.
We employ the best fitters in the area, to guarantee the finest workmanship and to ensure that our customers' homes are treated with the greatest respect.
We believe that only two things limit our designs: one is the laws of physics; the other, of course, is your budget.
For us, near enough is not good enough, which is why, when an off-the-shelf item is not available or not of suitable quality, we produce bespoke items.
We understand that confidentiality is very important to our customers and take the matter very seriously. For your piece of mind, we:
- Never share customers' details with anyone for any reason.
- Always shred documents including any personal information;
- Never take pictures without permission;
- Never send fitters to a customer's home unless we have known them for a substantial amount of time and would trust them with keys to our own homes;
- Always make sure that specialists we use on occasion and therefore know less well, are closely supervised by our fitters.
